
Concorde – First To Last tells the complete history of the supersonic airliner as the UK prepares to mark the 20th anniversary of the last flight on November 26.
The 2.5 hour film, containing rare archive footage, has been sponsored by ten members of the Bristol Aero Collection Trust, the charity behind the Aerospace Bristol museum, and they include Sir George White, great grandson of the founder of the Bristol Aeroplane Company.
Concorde – First To Last, priced £14.95, tells the whole remarkable story from the first to the last flights and beyond and has interviews with engineers and shopfloor workers, test pilots, including Brian Trubshaw, and British Airways Senior Captain Les Brodie, who flew Alpha Foxtrot’s final flight into Filton on November 26, 2003.
